David Hicks
Drumkit, djembe, bodhran & fiddle
As Hedgepig's newest member, David has brought with him a wealth of skills and experience, joining soon after seeing the band at The Earl of Derby, Cambridge, in November 2005. Coming from a ceilidh background, he is a true folky with a large stash of tunes in his head and a sparkling fiddle technique. His drumming has successfully put the rock back into folk-rock while his djembe has added new colour and spiced up some of the older numbers.
